You are invited to golf, socialize and dance the night away with all your Rebel hockey friends and family at the Champlin Park High School Boys Hockey 13th Annual Golf Tournament and Fundraiser on August 13, 2010 @ Sundance Golf and Bowl in Dayton (see brochure).

Golf Tournament
$75.00 per golfer includes: Golf, Cart & Dinner
Check in @ 12:00 Noon
Shotgun Start @ 1:00 PM

• Scramble Format
• 1st Place Team Award
• Hole Events (longest drive, closest to pin and putting)
• Skins Game (optional)

Dinner and Raffle (non-golfers)
$20.00 each (raffle tickets sold separately)
Approximately 5:30 PM start with Raffle to follow

Dance (open to the public so bring your friends)
8:00 PM to Midnight
Music by the “The Kenneth Noise Water Band”

Additional ways to support the CPHS Boys Hockey Team:

• Become a sponsor of the tournament at the Gold Silver or Bronze level (see brochure for details)
• Donate a Raffle Prize (gift certificates, sporting goods and apparel, tickets to sporting events, sports memorabilia)

*All contributions to the Champlin Park High School Boys Hockey Booster Club are tax deductable.

2010-2011 Season Registration Changes

All families will register first with USA Hockey for the 2010-2011 hockey season. 

In the past, the CPYHA Registrar has registered all players with USA Hockey, and these fees had been built into your registration payment.  

This year, CPYHA will be directing all registrants to USA Hockey's registration page to first complete the USA/MN Hockey registration portion, then back to the CPYHA site for completion once you have your USA Hockey confirmation number.  This number is necessary to complete your CPYHA registration. The $40 you pay to USA Hockey has been deducted from the registration costs you will pay with CPYHA (for all players over the age of 7).
