Limited financial assistance is available to, in need, CPYHA families for the 2011-2012 season.  Please refer to the following documents:

Volunteer Requirements

Families will be required to work twelve (12) hours during the hockey season for EACH registered skater.  Five (5) of the hours required need to be served in the “Rebels Connection” concession stand and the other seven (7) on committees or other approved activities. The volunteer hours are capped at forty (40) hours per family however, all concession hours must be fulfilled prior to the cap.

Your team manager will collect a separate check in the amount of $200.00 per skater and a parent/guardian signature on a volunteer/mandatory participation statement will be required for each skater. These checks will be held and returned to you if ALL volunteer/mandatory hours, equipment return and traveling monthly ice bill payments are completed for each skater. If the requirements are not completed in full, your check will be cashed.

Fundraising

All skaters will be required to participate in the following fundraisers:

1.     Candy Bars (per player)
Each player has the option to sell 120 candy bars at $1.00 each for a total of $120 or buyout the fundraiser for $75. Your selection to participate to sell the candy ($120) or the buyout ($75) will be added to your registration costs.

Attention All Traveling Parents!
