The purpose of S.K.A.T.E. (Skaters Keep Achieving Through Education) is to encourage our hockey players to excel in the classroom as well as on the ice rink. In order to qualify for S.K.A.T.E., a student is required to have a B average (or better) when grades are determined on letter system or to have a S(or better) when E/S /S/S- system is used. The S.K.A.T.E. program requires that ALL grades for the first two trimesters be considered to determine eligibility. See the SKATE qualifying criteria form to determine eligibility.
Champlin Park Youth Hockey Association is encouraging all teams to support the S.K.A.T.E. program and to provide a liaison from their team to the Champlin Park S.K.A.T.E. Coordinator.
S.K.A.T.E. PROGRAM will be held at the Champlin Park High School Auditorium on April 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm
