To help coaches and players with USA Hockey's new progressive checking model, Minnesota Hockey Coach in Chief Hal Tearse walks players through examples of legal and illegal body contact along with on-ice drills in videos for three age groups: squirt, peewee and bantam. The bantam video is new and all are sure to be helpful.
