2024 FALL PROGRAM INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION

We are excited to again provide fall programs to our players as an opportunity to get back on the ice prior to traveling tryouts and mite/8U evaluations.

Fall programs will be run by FHIT Hockey / MEGA Goaltending (Traveling) and Kern Hockey (Mite / 8U). Specific goalie training will be provided at each Fall Traveling Clinic.

The Registration "Clinic Registration" is not currently available.

CLINIC DESCRIPTION - SKATERS

Fall programming is intended to provide an opportunity for skaters to get back onto the ice in a structured format with professional coaches in preparation for traveling team tryouts and mite / 8u evaluations. Only register for one group within your level for 2024-25 season, and only attend those group sessions. CPYHA reserves the right to adjust groups based on registrations. Families will be notified of any changes.

CLINIC DESCRIPTION - TRAVELING GOALIES

MEGA Goaltending will be providing on-ice instruction at all sessions. The intention of this instruction is to get traveling goalies prepared for tryouts. Two additional traveling goalie-only sessions have been scheduled, see schedule below. (mite level players with a desire to play goalie will get in-season opportunities for training)

2024 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Neck guards are required for all players.

No players cell phone use allowed in the Champlin Ice Forum. It is recommended that players leave phones at home or in car. Any use of phones will result in immediate removal from fall programming with no refunds. (This same policy will be in place for tryouts as well.)

**There will be zero-tolerance of poor behavior at fall programming. Any report of poor behavior by paid staff, city staff, or locker room monitors will result in immediate removal from all fall programming with no refunds**

Registration Information

Registration late fee begins on 8/24 and registration closes on 8/31, no late registrations accepted (excludes boys' high school)
All participants are required to register with the level they will be participating (age-eligible) in for the 2024-25 season. Mites MUST register based on their birth year. NO EXCEPTIONS! If a player is registered for the incorrect group, they will be moved accordingly.
Each registration is for ONE participant - no splitting/sharing registration
No refunds will be given except for injury
Clinics will not be prorated for any reason
Current year USA Hockey registration needed to register

"Open Sessions" will still be ran by FHIT/MEGA instructors, just means open to both groups to attend

Clinic for CPYHA and CPCR COOP players only.

If you were moved up a level early the prior year (for whatever reason) your clinic group will be your age/grade. CPYHA reserves the right to move players appropriately.

**CPYHA reserves the right to adjust groups based on registrations. Families will be notified of any changes.**

You can only attend one group's sessions.

Requirement for Registration

USA HOCKEY CONFIRMATION NUMBER
To complete this registration, you will need your player's USA Hockey number for the 2024-25 season.

HS Boys are not required to provide a current USA hockey number.
