We need everyone to follow the policies and procedures below. CPYHA, Minnesota Hockey, and the City of Champlin are taking all the precautions we can to keep everyone safe. We need everyone to follow these policies and procedures. Failure to do so will mean immediate removal from the fall clinics.
CPYHA Fall Clinics policies/procedures:
Do not send your player to the rink sick!
Masks are to be worn at all times inside the rink except players leaving locker room onto the ice. This includes coaches and rink staff.
Traveling Aged Players:
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your ice time and exiting out the west locker room door (outdoor rink side) within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time.
All traveling players (squirt/10us and up) are to arrive at the rink dressed except helmet, gloves, skates.
No spectators will be allowed in the rink at this point. Players are to be dropped off and enter through the front main doors of Champlin Ice Forum.
Locker room assignments will be posted on the screen. Locker rooms are to be for tying and untying skates only. Once done with your ice time players are to leave immediately. Exiting the west door (by outdoor rink).
An exception is made for goalies - their additional gear that can be put on inside rink.
Bring your own water bottle. Sharing not allowed. Facility water fountains are disconnected.
Mite Aged Players:
Same as above for this age group except this group will allow ONE parent/guardian inside the rink to help with any equipment needs. Those parents/guardians may also be at the rink, socially distanced from others, to provide assistance to the player if needed throughout clinic time. Again, masks are required. The main lobby will not be a gathering spot - you will have to remain inside the rink area. Concessions will remain closed. Young siblings will be allowed but must stay with parents/guardians.
