Traveling Ice Bill Fundraising Opportunities
The below CPYHA Ice Bill Fundraisers apply profits directly to individual player ice bills for the current season. The below are optional fundraising opportunities:

Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets support CPYHA in effort to help keep cost lower and various initiatives throughout the season.
Each player will be asked to sell 10 Raffle Tickets for a total of $100.
There are 2 options:
- Receive ten tickets per player and sell them at $10 a piece or keep them for yourself. If you decide not to sell/keep the tickets after you receive them, you will be charged an extra $100 per player for registration. For traveling players, this will be a d d e d to your ice bill. For house players, you will get billed.
- Buyout for $100 per player. You will NOT receive any tickets.
NOTE: Whether you purchase the tickets or opt to buyout through Registration, the cost is $100.
CHRISTMAS WREATHS
There are two options for selling wreaths, Door to Door and/or Online. Please read both options carefully.
The annual wreath fundraiser is optional and open to all CPYHA traveling hockey players. Players receive a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every wreath (an average of $15 per item sold) which is then applied to your personal ice bills. Please read the following information to assure a successful outcome for your fundraiser for yourself and your customers if you are participating in door-to-door sales or online. Sales made door-to-door are delivered to the customer by the seller--you. Sales made online are shipped directly to the customer.
Seller Information about Door-to-Door Sales
Your responsibilities:
Download the 2025 CPYHA Wreath Fundraiser Catalog and 2025 Wreath Fundraiser Order Form (see links at bottom of page) to use to advertise items for sale and keep track of your orders. You have until October 21st to sell door-to-door.
When you are ready to turn in your orders, SUBMIT YOUR FINAL DOOR-TO-DOOR ORDER (see link at bottom of page). The Wreath Committee has created an online form for your ease in ordering. Prior to turning in your one check for the total items you sold, use the online form link at home to fulfill your customers’ orders.
After you have placed your order, a “receipt” of what you submitted will be emailed to you. Please check it over for accuracy; you can make changes to your order prior to October 22nd. If it is correct, forward the email with your order summary to cpyhawreaths@gmail.com AND print or save a copy for your records.
Write one (1) check payable to CPYHA for the total amount sold.
Drop off Check/Order Form Days: Bring the check and a copy of your order to the Ice Forum on Monday, October 21st or Tuesday, October 22th from 5:00-7:00 pm. No cash is accepted. Your order is not complete unless a check is turned in for the full amount ordered.
Wreath Pick-Up Day: Saturday, November 22nd from 9:30 to Noon in the Ice Forum parking lot. Enter the parking lot from the north entrance off Ensign Avenue.
Seller Information about Online Sales
Online sales are purchased online by credit card and delivered to the customer directly from Evergreen Industries. Prices are higher and include shipping.
Your responsibilities:
Check out the Friends and Family 2025 Online Catalog (see link at bottom of page). Share with your potential online customers these steps to place an order. Stress the third point as it is very difficult to match players to online orders after checkout is complete:

Enter customer code CHAMPL to reach the items for sale.
At checkout, enter the player’s first and last name under BENEFICIARY.
Submit Online Order: Saturday, November 15th is the last day for customers to submit Online Orders.
Online orders will be sent out directly by Evergreen Industries from the last week of November through the first week of December. Do not include orders made online with your door-to-door sales if you are participating in both fundraising options.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ONLINE SELLERS:
1. Online orders are shipped directly from Evergreen Industries. Do not include products purchased online with your catalog sales.
2. The Wreath Committee and CPYHA have no way of keeping a record of your sales made directly with Evergreen Industry. If you would like an account of your online sales, it is recommended you ask your potential customers to notify you when they buy. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Evergreen Industries reconciles the proceeds from online orders with CPYHA in late January. Your credit for online sales will be applied to your last ice bill.
NOTE: Rebel Swag is $35. Catalog is correct, Order form is wrong.
