Loaned gear for the off season- a deposit check of $150 is required for any gear borrowed outside of the CPYHA season.
Goalie Development Focus Areas:
As communicated during the tryouts these are the areas that goalies are evaluated on. When you are working during the season with coaching staffs and MEGA coaches, think about these areas of focus to improve your goaltending ability:
Body Positioning - Angles, depth, square to the shooter
Rebound Control - Are you making the save just to save it, or are you making the save in a manner that you can control where the puck goes next
Consistency - Are you making the savable saves on a regular basis
Anticipation/Hockey IQ - Are you following the play and tracking the puck movements
Competitive Attitude - How do you react when you're scored on, are you working hard making not just the first save but the second and third.
