Volunteering (Formerly DIBS)

All Members are required to complete volunteer hours each season. Various ways to complete hours include concessions, tryout support, team manager, coaching, committee members and more!

1 Player = 10 hours (minimum of 4 concession hours)

2 Players = 20 hours (minimum of 8 concessions hours)

Max of 20 hours required per family.

All families are required to turn in a $500 check (per player) regardless of being in Board, Director or Coordinator roles

Traveling- all checks must be turned in on first day of tryouts

House- all checks must be turned in on the first weekend of the season

* The above check collection process is new for 2025

Checks will be deposited for incomplete volunteer hours, unpaid ice bills or unreturned equipment at the end of the season.

Exception: Any Mini Rebels that move up to Mites after 12/31 are not required to complete current season hours and do not need to turn in a volunteer check

Many roles within CPYHA have pre-defined volunteer hours assigned. Please refer to the Handbook under the About tab for all details.

1. LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Log into your account in a web browser. 

2. DASHBOARD

Click on the black down arrow to bring you to your account dashboard. Select Volunteer.

3. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

This will bring you to the volunteer dashboard where you can see the number of hours remain for your family. 

To sign up for a volunteer shift, click on the "More Information" button.

4. SIGN UP

Click the green plus next to an available shift and choose the parent that will work that shift.
